[Q-3] What is the time limit on your RETURNS
[A.] As long as the merchandise is pristine, the same as when we shipped, customers can make a return within 7 days, and, our permission is NOT required for customers to make a return.
[Q-6] How long does it take to get my order?
[A.] Orders with a cleared payment are processed in the order that we receive the funds.
Because we carry many lines, from clothing to shoes and most other lines in between, the product mix we offer is unlike any other worldwide shipper, and orders are more difficult to pull and triple check on the tables (and then pack), than a supplier that sells only one line, like shoes.
Within 1 day, or 2, or 3, we get out 80% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to USPS. (99% of the orders get out within 5 working days.)
"AFTER", USPS has picked up the order here in Arizona, the delivery time takes from 2 to 7 business days for USPS.
For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 3 to 7 business days delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 6 business days delivery time.
DESIGNER ITEMS: Due to the high demand for some of our Designer Style Items (those items are catagorized under "Designer"), the delivery time could be up to 10 business days. Although this is rare... due to high demand, we could have a back order delay. * If this happens, you will be notified immediately, and given the option to cancel, or continue with your order.
[Q-7] Is all your merchandise pictured on your website?
[A.] No, new merchandise arrives most days and it takes several days to get new items on the website. Many items, like sunglasses, never get a picture on the website because there are just way too many different styles, but we always give customers the largest assortment of styles & colors of an item to help them have the biggest selection.
